Having your heating system serviced along with our Value Maintenance Agreement will save you money, protect your property and more importantly possibly save the lives of your family!
A Value Maintenance Agreement is an annual agreement between you and Service Denver to allow Service Denver to perform annual tune-up maintenance and inspections on your heating, cooling and plumbing systems. Annual maintenance and inspections may be required by your equipment manufacturer’s warranty. In addition regular maintenance helps protect you against unexpected repair cost, damage from leaking equipment, reduces your utility bills and helps extend the life of your heating and air conditioning equipment.

Gas Furnace Maintenance Inspection
- Inspect blower wheel and brackets
- Check system operation from thermostat
- Set heat anticipator, if required
- Check fan control “on” and “off” settings
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks (carbon monoxide)
- Oil blower motor, where applicable

As part of our Value Maintenance Program our NCI Certified technicians will perform a CO/Combustion Analyst test for your home and appliances. The are trained to measure the safety and efficiency of all your combustion equipment, even appliances that we don’t sell or service. Thorough testing can also verify that your equipment is operating at peak efficiency and provide the lowest operating costs. We will provide you with documentation that explains what we find and what corrections have been or need to be performed. We will also provide you with material to better educate you about carbon monoxide sources and health effects.

Service agreements are available for as little as $89.00 per year. The price ranges depends on the age of home and the type of agreement coverage you choose.
You will be billed on an each annual anniversary of your agreement. and may pay by personal check, money order, cash or any major credit card.
If you relocate anywhere in the Denver metropolitan area, we will gladly transfer your Value Maintenance Agreement to your new home.
We being notifying our Value Maintenance Agreement customers for their cooling service in April. Whether permitting we perform cooling system maintenance in April, May and June and heating system maintenance in August, September and October.
